Hi, I'm Hayley.
I want you to know, that I know what's it's like to live with rejection sensitivity running the show.
Now we both know I don't mean that "oh I'm a bit sensitive today" version, that of course everyone experiences.
You know the kind I'm talking about. Where you pick up on a look, an offhand comment, a micro shift in someone's tone or posture and suddenly...
You just know they're judging you.
Or what about when you wanted to speak up and share your opinion be it at work, in relationships, and even though you've spent hours rehearsing the conversation in your head, you just couldn't bring yourself to say it.
Or maybe you want to go for that promotion, have a career change or perhaps you've started a business and now you're struggling to show up, be consistent and do all the things you need to do in order to make an income.
I could go on, but you already know how it is.

It's overwhelming.
Because it's not just in that one moment.
It's every moment.
You walk in a room and you're already on high alert.
You send a message and you instantly wonder if you'll be misunderstood.
You share something on social media, then delete it quick before anyone see's.
You finally speak up then regret it because now you're brains rerunning it over and over, trying on consequences as if they were shoes.
It's like your brain can't just let you live.
And the worst part is...
You can know it's RSD..
But that still doesn't stop it feeling real.

Now I'm not writing this from a textbook, I'm writing this from my own experience because as I said, I've lived it.
From years of thinking there was something wrong with me, that I was weird and just didn't fit in anywhere.
When actually I was living with rejection sensitivity all along. I just didn't know it was a thing.
So here's what I want you to know.
You don't need to become a different woman.
You don't need to toughen up.
What you need is self-trust.
The kind that doesn't disappear when someone else gives their opinion.
The kind that lets you stay true to yourself, even when your brains screaming that you've messed it all up.
That's what my works about.
Breath. Body. Mind.
Not as buzzwords, but as anchors.
Because when your minds spiralling out of control, you need somewhere to land.
When you're frozen, you need to find a way back to movement.
And when you've spent your whole life on high alert, you need to feel what it's like to relax.
This is the work of coming back to yourself.
Back to your voice.
Back to your desires.
Back to the version of you that isn't living on high alert.
Not perfect.
Not unbothered.
Just clear.
Calm.
And fully you.

I have ADHD & a super human ability to open 42 tabs in my brain (& browser).
I have a current email count in my inbox of 42ooo (there's a pattern there).
I talk to my guides, pull cards & I still forget where I put things.
My favourite regulation tool is dancing, (you will only see this when you're in my close circle).
I can spot a survival pattern quicker than I can match socks.
I absolutely talk to myself when I'm working something through & sometimes she answers back.
I'm obsessed with pineapple & mushrooms (not together).
